Hi, I’m Caitlin Leigh

Caitlin is an author of eight books of poetry, an artist, Insight Timer Teacher, Rahanni Teacher & Reiki Master. She has a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology with an emphasis in Ecopsychology and Life Coaching, along with several certifications in energy healing. Caitlin has a background with eating disorders, addictions, codependency, and mental health disorders. She has immersed her heart into the readings of consciousness, gratitude, meditation, writing, creative outlets and various healing modalities to support her journey as well as others for over the last decade.
